- Vacuum pressing – enables the precise application of decorative film to MDF boards, ensuring a perfect fit and high aesthetic quality.
- Continuous wrapping of narrow, profiled elements – a technology that allows for permanent covering of surfaces with complex and irregular shapes with foil, eliminating the risk of the decor peeling off and microcracks forming.
- HOT MELT LAMINATION – ensures a strong and durable bond between the decorative film and the board, guaranteeing resistance to moisture, high temperatures, and mechanical damage.
- Micro Milling™ – precise milling of surfaces and decors, which allows for realistic textures and unique patterns, increasing the aesthetic value of the finished components.
- CNC machining – allows for precise milling, drilling, and cutting of components in accordance with customer documentation, maintaining dimensional repeatability and quality of elements.
- FLICK&CLICK™ assembly system – enables quick and easy assembly of elements without the use of additional tools, which speeds up production and improves the aesthetics of visible joints.
- Technology of covering narrow surfaces with PVC, ABS, or PP edging using PUR adhesive, ensuring resistance to moisture, high temperatures, and high aesthetics of the product.
