Reliability and perfect finish are the essential features of every coffee table or dining table. At Melaco, we focus on high-quality MDF board, laminated on one side, with a thickness – depending on expectations – between 16 and 25 mm. The board is covered with a polymer PVC foil, PET with a thickness of 0.3-0.4 mm, combining these two elements with an extremely durable and resistant PUR glue. It will withstand humidity and increased temperature, protecting the table top from damage caused by spilling a drink or contact with a warm plate or mug.

We also have a wide range of colors, which allows you to create a collection in any interior style. Natural wood, loft concrete or elegant black color are just a few of our proposals.

MELAFOL and MAGIC GLOSS – a perfect combination

What makes the table tops so special is the vacuum pressing technology on the basis of which we produce MELAFOL and MAGIC GLOSS furniture elements.

Prepared for gross dimensions, MDF forms are subjected to very precise machining on the CNC center. We can create round, rectangular, square and other less standard table tops. At the same time, using diamond cutting tools, we process the edges, giving it any shape, that will attract the attention of those who pay attention to every detail.

MAGIC GLOSS is a line of products with high gloss finishing of the surface. All thanks to a special foil that provides good functionality of the tabletop, increasing its aesthetic and utility values. The films are available in attractive colours that you can easily match to your expectations and the style of tables: SMOOTH WHITE, CONCRETE BLACK, CHICAGO CONCRETE.
