High durability and resistance
The DOOR SKIN line was created to offer producers of external doors to apartments unusual solutions. As always, their important determinant is quality, which provides the panels with appropriate strength parameters, easiness to clean and aesthetic appearance.
The panels are available on the basis of HDF or MDF board with a thickness of 3-6 mm. The boards have the FSC® certificate confirming their origin from sustainable sources, as well as the high quality of the material. The maximum dimensions of the panels are 998×2800 mm.
In the production process, we use HOT MELT LAMINATION technology, which ensures excellent surface quality. The reactive PUR adhesive offers permanent bonding and increases the board’s resistance to moisture and elevated temperatures. The advantage of this technology is also greater flexibility of deliveries and the possibility of adjusting the order quantities to the individual needs of the customer. Extraordinary style
As part of our DOOR SKIN production line, we offer two types of finishing: CPL laminate 0.15-0.25 mm and a more noble polymer film 0.1-0.4 mm. It is thanks to them that our door panels gain an extraordinary character and a great look with a perfect finish.
We provide panels in popular wood-like patterns as well as single-coloured. This palette has also been extended recently by completely new designs in the PREMIER MATT version, providing an effective matte finish and an anti-fingerprint effect that additionally protects the surface. We also offer traditional wood imitations from light to dark shades, including warm and cool color variants.
