Instead of screws, dowels, plugs

The Flick&Click™ technology means that you do not have to send your customers furniture elements along with additional mounting accessories, such as screws, hexagonal nuts, plugs. Mounting glue is enough.

We have two solutions in this regard, one of which was created for the production of furniture: bodies and ready-made furniture with an aesthetic finish. It is characterized by the fact that a V-cut is milled in three corners, and a symmetrical 45⁰ profiling in the fourth. In this case, the assembly of the body of the furniture is done by applying glue in three corners. Then we fold the block and close it in the fourth corner with a lock, the so-called click.

Quality created with high precision

The production of furniture elements based on this technology is carried out on very precise machine tools. First, sheets of chipboard, MDF or plywood are prepared, which are previously covered with high-quality polymer foil. Then the edge profiling takes place, of the so-called male and female side.

For this purpose, we use a multi-head, 2-sided format and tenoning machine, equipped with very precise diamond cutters, ensuring machining with an accuracy of 0.001 mm. The precision of the process is then checked by an imaging projector, where measurements are made and the compliance of samples taken from the production with the drawing is verified.

Any deviations of the profile from the dimensions are immediately corrected by changing the settings of the appropriate cutting heads.

Next, V-grooves are cut. For this purpose, special profile heads with very precise positioning and basing of the processed elements are used.

The resulting product is packed on pallets, which we deliver directly to the packaging line to our customers.

Aesthetics and durability

The products based on the Flick&Click™ technology provide a very elegant look, high stability and, most importantly, allow for quick assembly without the use of tools or fittings. Due to the high stiffness of the product, in some projects, customers even resign from the use of a back wall in the furniture, which gives unprecedented possibilities in the field of furniture design.
