MELAFOL and MAGIC GLOSS Coffee Table Tops

The vacuum pressing technology on which the MELAFOL and MAGIC GLOSS products are based makes it possible to precisely mould table tops in a wide variety of shapes, from round to rectangular to non-standard. Edge finishing with diamond cutting tools gives each detail a unique character that will be appreciated by lovers of perfection. The MAGIC GLOSS finish uses vacuum technology to create a worktop with an extremely smooth and shiny surface.

The coffee table tops in the MELAFOL range are characterised by the use of high quality MDF board, laminated on one side, with a custom thickness of 16 to 25 mm. The key element is that the board is covered with a 0.3-0.4 mm thick PVC or PET polymer film, which ensures exceptional durability. Both the manufacturing process and the materials used are strictly controlled to ensure quality and a robust finish.

We also offer a wide range of colours, so you can create a worktop to match any interior style – from natural wood to loft concrete to sleek black. The variety of finishes, including MAGIC GLOSS for a high-gloss finish, enhances the aesthetic qualities of the products, making them the ideal choice for demanding projects.

FOLDING technology – table with folding top

FOLDING technology also opens up new possibilities for dining table manufacturers. By using it in a two-way version, we were able to create a collection that combines functionality with an extremely meticulous aesthetic finish.

The FOLDING technology makes it possible to visually thicken the tabletop, giving the table a more solid appearance while maintaining its lightness. For our partner, it also means saving material without compromising on the strength and aesthetics of the product. This approach not only demonstrates our ability to adapt to the specific needs and expectations of our customers, but also our environmental responsibility and commitment to sustainability.

The robustness of the manufacturing process is also important. The use of a CNC centre and special diamond cutters in the manufacturing process ensures that each piece of furniture has a perfect finish. The base material for this realisation is 16 mm MDF board veneered with 0.4 mm PVC foil.

A solid combination – MELAFOL table legs and COMPLETE SKIN tops

We also offer our partners the opportunity to create a complete collection of dining tables and desks using our technology and proven products, which are used by renowned furniture brands on the Polish and foreign markets. For example, one of the projects combines the advantages of COMPLETE SKIN boards with the MELAFOL production line.

The focal point of the project was the unusually spaced table legs, which not only have a practical function, but are also an important decorative element. Thanks to the MELAFOL line, it was possible to produce the legs in a variety of colour combinations, enriched with discreet frets that added elegance and emphasised the unique character of each product.

The COMPLETE SKIN table tops, with a high gloss finish, are perfectly matched to create a harmonious and attractive whole. The high gloss finish not only enhances the aesthetic qualities of the table, but also ensures easy cleaning, which is particularly appreciated by users.

Flick&Click™ – tool-free assembly of table legs

The Flick&Click™ system, based on the patented Threespine® tool-free assembly technology, is also used in the production of functional dining and coffee tables. It is a solution designed to produce perfect furniture units: carcasses and finished furniture with an aesthetic finish. It is characterised by a V-shaped cut in three corners and a 45⁰ symmetrical profile in the fourth corner. In this case, the solid – the furniture body – is assembled by applying glue in three corners. The solid is then assembled and locked in the fourth corner with a so-called click.

Key features of Flick&Click™ technology:

• Easy assembly: Eliminates the need for traditional mounting accessories such as screws or hex bolts. Adhesive is all that is required to create a strong and aesthetically pleasing structure.
• Aesthetically pleasing finish: Flick&Click™ technology produces furniture with a highly aesthetic finish, with no visible signs of assembly.
• High stability: Products manufactured using this technology are highly stable, which is particularly important for commercial furniture such as tables and coffee tables.
