Our realization: Profiled furniture fronts

Smooth furniture fronts are a thing of the past. Today, consumers choose more interesting designs and patterns, and the orders placed by manufacturers of furniture elements seem to confirm this. See the profiled furniture fronts we have prepared for our Partners.

Profiled fronts for each collection

Furniture fronts with a louvred or slat wall structure are a solution for every furniture collection, both for room, bedroom and office furniture, as well as bathroom and kitchen sets. All thanks to the high durability of the fronts, created on our MELAFOL production line. These elements are distinguished by an interesting structure, reminiscent of the popular slats or the louvred pattern. For their application, we use CNC computer technology, which provides the fronts with high repeatability and a finish that precisely reflects the design. The vacuum pressing process, which is involved in the production, ensures a perfect finish of the product in three planes.

Furniture manufacturers can offer end customers unusual collections that will not disappoint in terms of aesthetics or durability. Furniture fronts from the MELAFOL line are resistant to mechanical damage, as well as to moisture and elevated temperatures. All the materials and technologies used ensure that critical requirements are met, e.g. in terms of thermal resistance min. 70⁰ C. They also have all the necessary attestations and certificates recognized in Poland and abroad.

MELAFOL fronts are made of MDF boards that meet strict requirements regarding the emission of harmful formaldehyde. The boards are also FSC® certified, confirming that they come from sustainable sources. Our products are therefore in line with the ecological aspirations of many of our Partners, constituting an additional argument for consumers.

Endless design possibilities

The use of CNC computer technology means that the range of products from the MELAFOL production line is constantly expanding, and our experts are able to apply any pattern to the board. For our clients, we have created a collection of ready-made patterns, which you can find here: The new MELAFOL collection: Furniture fronts with a slat wall structure. These are ready-made proposals that can be modified depending on your needs. We are also able to apply completely new patterns based on a project or prepare a project based on findings.

These patterns were the basis of new furniture collections we have prepared for our Partners. They wanted to create a line that would stand out from the competition’s products and help consumers create interiors with character. Here’s what was created:

PEAK profile fronts

This surface gives the fronts a delicate three-dimensionality. The profiled elements can be wider or dense. Our client opted for a wider spacing resembling sharp waves.

QUAD profile fronts

This is the most faithful imitation of the slat wall structure, which we can also implement in any spacing. Our client opted for a very symmetrical pattern, in which the protuberances and depressions are spaced evenly apart.

PIPE profile fronts

This interesting pattern combines sharp edges with roundings, giving the pattern additional aesthetic and finishing qualities. It also perfectly reflects the capabilities of our production lines in terms of precision.
