When supermatt is not enough…

It’s time to finish the PREMIER MATT, a novelty in Melaco, which is a response to the latest trends in the interior design industry. The deep matt and durability of the film has been achieved thanks to the innovative PST (Physical Surface Treatment) technology.

The film has already aroused the interest of furniture manufacturers and designers in design workshops. Components covered with PREMIER MATT are used especially in the production of kitchen, room, bedroom and bathroom furniture, therefore in this finishing we produce COMPLETE SKIN furniture boards and MELAFOL furniture fronts and elements, our two most popular product lines.

For whom have we implemented the PREMIER MATT finishing?

PREMIER MATT will satisfy even the most demanding customers. It combines aesthetic workmanship, fashionable colours and above-average durability, thanks to which furniture components covered with this foil constitute an ideal base for every premium furniture collection. PREMIER MATT is particularly liked by designers who focus on minimalism and modernity in their projects.

What distinguishes PREMIER MATT?

An unusual matt structure with a low light reflection coefficient (2-3) is the hallmark of boards and furniture elements finished with PREMIER MATT foil. The surface covered with PM foil is easy to clean and exceptionally smooth. However, a feature that particularly distinguishes it from classic matt films is the anti-fingerprint effect – no fingerprints are left on its surface, which will be particularly pleasing to those who like clean surfaces, e.g. kitchen furniture fronts.

PREMIER MATT film is also stain resistant (1B), thanks to which it does not discolour even after contact with strong colouring substances (effectiveness confirmed by tests) and scratches (1.1-5 N). It is also worth noting the ability to regenerate under the influence of heat (thermal healing), which means just gently heating the surface of the film, and any small scratches and scuffs will disappear.

However, in order to guarantee our customers a 100% perfect product, we additionally cover it with a protective film, which protects the surface of the component during further processing and transport.

In the PREMIER MATT finish we offer 5 colours:

• Black – classic black, which thanks to PM properties gains even more depth. An ideal choice for chic and minimalist furniture collections.
• Oria Blue – a stylish navy blue will work well in office, room or bedroom furniture designs, giving them elegance.
• Highland Green – bottle green, one of the most popular colours in recent years, which gives furniture components an exquisite, unique look.
• Stone Grey – subdued grey falling into beige is an ideal base for bold colours.
• Premium White– white different than all of them, because thanks to its resistance to dirt it retains its flawless look. If you want white furniture in your collection, choose this foil.
