MELAFOL are milled fronts and furniture elements

MELAFOL fronts and furniture elements are furniture components created for manufacturers of kitchen, room, bedroom and bathroom furniture looking for products that will give their collections a new dimension. MELAFOL fronts and furniture elements are manufactured on the basis of single-sided laminated MDF boards with a thickness of 16-25 mm, which are covered with polymer film in a vacuum pressing process. Both the boards, adhesives and foils used have the required approvals and certificates, which makes MELAFOL freely applicable to all our customers regardless of the country and destination of the final product.

The main distinguishing mark of components from the MELAFOL collection is the perfect quality of finish. We make both minimalistic, subtle grooves and deep cutters referring to the classic style. This type of decoration gives the elements a unique character.

Thanks to our advanced machine park and many years of experience we offer our customers a wide range of patterns, which, combined with a huge number of milling methods, gives furniture designers great arrangement possibilities. At MELACO we also carry out individual projects according to the parameters specified by the customer. Each component is characterized by perfect precision and quality of workmanship.

PREMIER MATT – new finishing of MELAFOL furniture elements

Like other MELACO components, MELAFOL products are finished with a high-quality polymer film in matt or gloss. Recently we have also been offering our customers PREMIER MATT finishing. Furniture elements covered with this perfectly smooth foil fit into fashionable, modern interiors maintained in a minimalist style. However, their matt surface is not only aesthetic but also durable. What does this mean?

PREMIER MATT film is scratch (1.1-5 N) and stain resistant (1B). It is characterized by a low reflection coefficient (2-3) and anti-fingerprint effect, thanks to which no fingerprints remain on the surface of the board.

We currently offer 5 film colours to choose from:

• Black – classic black,
• Oria blue – elegant and stylish garnet,
• Highland green – inspired by the shade of bottle green,
• Stone grey – a colour falling into a dark beige,
• Premium white – timeless, always fashionable white.
