Because COMPLETE SKIN is not only furniture boards, but a whole range of products that respond to the diverse needs of furniture manufacturers.

Finished with a high-quality polymer foil in any colour or pattern, they allow you to create unusual furniture collections. The COMPLETE SKIN line is also available in a deep matt PREMIER MATT or gloss finish.
High quality through advanced technology
At Melaco, the production process of the COMPLETE SKIN line uses advanced technologies, which guarantees the highest quality and precision. Each production step is carefully planned and executed to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards.
Key production steps:
- Material preparation. The process begins with the selection of high-quality MDF or particleboard, which is the basis of every product in the COMPLETE SKIN range. These boards are carefully selected to ensure their durability and aesthetic appearance.
- Laminating. The boards are then laminated with state-of-the-art polymer films to increase their strength and resistance to damage. Laminating is carried out using the HOT MELT LAMINATION process, which ensures even coverage and a permanent bond between the film and the board.
- Precision cutting and milling. Thanks to the use of CNC technology, Melaco is able to precisely cut and mill the boards, creating products with exact dimensions and complex shapes. This technology allows even the most complex projects to be realised with extreme precision.
- Quality control. Rigorous quality checks are carried out at every stage of production to ensure that each product meets Melaco’s standards. In this way, our customers can be assured that they are receiving a first-class product.
It is to this production process that our COMPLETE SKIN products owe their quality and durability. CNC technology allows for accurate reproduction of designs, which is crucial for the aesthetics and functionality of the products. The HOT MELT LAMINATION process, in turn, makes the products resistant to damage and external influences.
COMPLETE SKIN Line: furniture boards and panels
COMPLETE SKIN boards and panels are used in a wide range of furniture products and prove their worth wherever durability is important. These products are used to make living room, children’s and bedroom furniture and, thanks to their high resistance to elevated temperatures and moisture, also bathroom and kitchen furniture. But that’s not all – COMPLETE SKIN boards and panels are ideal for the production of front and side panels for cabinets, panels for internal and external doors, and even large-scale components used in shopfitting, exhibition facilities and other public elements.
The line allows the use of two colour finishes, which enhances the aesthetic qualities of the panels and webs, while opening up a wide range of interior design possibilities for end customers.
The base material is MDF or chipboard and, in the case of the COMPLETE SKIN POSTFORMING line, MDF. The POSTFORMING narrow face finish covers a radius ranging from R2 to R65.
The boards are produced in standard dimensions:
- width 290 mm to 998 mm,
- lengths of 2070 mm and 2800 mm.

COMPLETE SKIN line: 2D furniture fronts
The COMPLETE SKIN line furniture fronts from Melaco are the quintessence of modern design and functionality. Created for furniture manufacturers who are looking for solutions that combine aesthetics with durability, these furniture fronts are ideal for use in a variety of furniture projects. We offer a wide choice of finishes for narrow front surfaces, handleless fronts and drawer fronts.
For veneering narrow front surfaces, we use polyurethane adhesives, so-called PUR, which ensure high quality and an invisible adhesive bond. This is similar to “laser” veneering and provides very high aesthetic qualities. The excellent quality of the polymer film makes the fronts not only more durable, but also perfectly smooth. For bathroom furniture manufacturers, we offer a board-based design with increased moisture resistance. The edges are edged with ABS or PVC with a thickness of 0.3-2 mm. We offer a variety of edging colours to match the board colours.

COMPLETE SKIN TOPS: furniture and bathroom worktops
Furniture and bathroom worktops have been designed to meet the demands of modern bathrooms and kitchens, combining aesthetic appeal with practical properties. They are resistant to moisture and elevated temperatures, making them an ideal choice for use in bathrooms and kitchens. They are also durable and easy to clean, which is crucial for everyday use. Importantly, from the manufacturers’ point of view, they are available in a variety of designs and colours to create elegant and personalised solutions for any interior.
COMPLETE SKIN TOPS are offered in a thickness range of 10-40 mm. Our technologies ensure that they are manufactured with high precision and have an ideal surface structure. As a result, these countertops not only look aesthetically pleasing, but are also extremely functional and durable.

COMPLETE SKIN LINE: strips, panels and profiles
The COMPLETE SKIN LINE from Melaco is a very versatile product line. It includes both structural elements and finished furniture components. This product group includes:
- strips,
- furniture panels,
- furniture profiles.
As part of the COMPLETE SKIN LINE, we produce narrow elements with a maximum width of up to 250 mm using the continuous flattening technology. We use the PUR HOT MELT glue system, which ensures high durability and an aesthetic appearance of the elements.
All of this means that the products in this product group can be used to make shelves, furniture and table legs, door bands, furniture trims, structural strips to increase the durability of the furniture body, picture and mirror frames and even – furniture handles.
