Profiled slatted fronts

At the beginning of the year, we launched a new take on a classic design – profiled slatted fronts from our MELAFOL production line. Combining modern technology and traditional design, these unique furniture fronts are the ideal solution for a wide range of furniture collections – from room and bedroom furniture to office furniture and bathroom and kitchen sets.

Using advanced CNC technology, we have achieved unparalleled precision in the reproduction of the slat-wall and blind patterns, ensuring high repeatability and a perfect finish. The vacuum pressing process, crucial in production, guarantees a perfect finish of the product in three planes, which translates into exceptional aesthetics and product durability.

MELAFOL fronts are distinguished not only by their interesting structure, but also by their high durability. They are resistant to mechanical damage, the effects of moisture and elevated temperatures, thus meeting the critical requirements for thermal resistance. In addition, all materials used, including MDF, are FSC® certified, confirming their origin from sustainable sources.

MELAFOL profiled fronts at the Polish Furniture Fair 2023

The Meble Polska 2023 fair was a unique opportunity for us to visit our business partners and see how visitors react to the furniture proposals we created together. The event attracts the largest furniture manufacturers from Poland and abroad every year and became a platform for us to discuss advanced technologies and creative solutions.

At the fair, our partners presented two unique models of fronts from the MELAFOL line, which were well received by both industry experts and visitors:Stained in black, with Artisan Oak and Flagstaff Oak decors, these fronts combine depth of colour with the natural texture of the wood to create a sophisticated and elegant effect.

Our presence at Meble Polska was also an opportunity to analyse industry trends in depth, share experiences and learn about the challenges facing furniture manufacturers. By visiting the stands of our partners, we had the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue and understand how our technologies can respond even better to the needs of the market.

MELAFOL tops and tables

In 2023, we extended our range with the MELAFOL production line to produce not only furniture fronts, but also elegant and precisely crafted table tops and dining tables. This innovative line allows us to create projects that combine sophisticated design with functionality, responding to the different needs and tastes of our customers.

Dining table tops are characterised not only by precisely milled edges of any shape, but also by the wide range of polymer film colours available. This allows each manufacturer to create a unique collection that fits perfectly into a minimalist, glamorous or loft style.

One of the most interesting projects this year was the production of unusual table legs. This was a project carried out for one of our Partners, and the result is a unique collection of tables that is sure to attract the attention of consumers. The tops were made from COMPLETE SKIN boards with a high-gloss finish. The table legs are distinguished by their unusual spacing, variety of colours and subtly milled details.

We also manufacture folding tops using FOLDING technology on behalf of our partner, a retailer of tables, hockers and accessories in the e-commerce system. The base material is chipboard or MDF in thicknesses from 3 to 18 mm, widths from 120 to 1000 mm and lengths from 250 to 2700 mm. The result is practical and impressive loft-style tables.

Wine storage racks – modular furniture

Another interesting project that has come to us from a wine furniture manufacturer is a modular storage rack that can be designed by any consumer. It was created with wine connoisseurs and collectors in mind, offering them not only a practical but also a stylish solution for storing their precious collections.

Our client applied his own vision for the product, responding to the needs of the market. One of the most unique features of the shelves we received is the ability to personalise them with an easy-to-use configurator. This allows the end user to design the shelving system themselves and adapt it to the individual dimensions of their basement or storage space.

The manufacturer has also chosen three universal colours to suit the preferences of wine connoisseurs. Each piece is made in our factory, which guarantees the highest quality and precision. Thanks to this, the modular furniture is popular not only in Poland, but also in countries such as Spain, Italy, the UK and Germany.

Micro Milling™ – cupboard doors

New developments include our Micro Milling™ technology. As part of this collection, we have proposed a new design dimension in wardrobe doors. These stylish doors not only stand out from standard solutions, but also offer unparalleled quality and durability to meet the needs of modern interiors. They combine the beauty of natural wood in Flagstaff Oak and Granson Oak textures with stylish, minimalist embellishments that add a personal touch to any project.

The Micro Milling™ range of wardrobe doors offers a wide range of personalisation options, including different colour combinations to suit a variety of interior styles. As a result, our business partners can create unique and personalised solutions that perfectly match their individual needs and preferences.
