Finishing furniture strips – durability as a priority

Finishing strips for furniture boards are part of our COMPLETE SKIN production line. They combine durability with the aesthetics of workmanship thanks to the continuous coating technology, which we use to make narrow elements with a maximum width of 250 mm. In this process, we use the PUR HOT MELT adhesive system, which provides additional strength parameters. We apply it with a nozzle, monitoring the weight of the applied glue and its temperature.

The base material that we use to make the finishing furniture strips offer high durability and quality is MDF or particle board with FSC® certificate, plywood and solid wood gluing. On its surface we apply a polymer PVC, PP, or PET foil with a thickness of 0.1-0.4 mm and a foil of the ‘finish’ type. Finishing furniture strips are available in colours, patterns, and textures, offered within the wide range of the COMPLETE SKIN line. Profiling of skirting boards is made according to our own projects or on the basis of parameters provided by the client.
